TL-PA411KIT indicates internet connection but has not internet??

ISP : 02 Wireless Broadband
I managed to pair up the two powerline adapters and it worked once really great but I turned off my computer and next time it still says there is network access but I cannot access the internet.
- I can even ping my router but still no internet.
- In the utility interface, it recognises the adapter and says that it is transmitting 284mbps but still no internet.
- All LED lights are on for both adapter connected to my desktop and to my router, indicating a successful pairing but still no internet!
THEN WHAT IS WRONG!!
