HSUPA 3G/4G USB not work with TL-MR3420

I am a retailer shop of TP-Link Products but i am failed to configure This 3G Router with TL-MR3420 .
PLZ contact me as soon as possible if any new firmware is available
my firmware is TL-MR3420_V2_121206
i also have try on these routers
HSPA+/HSUPA/HSDPA 3G/4G USB modems device not work with TL-MR3420 and TL-MR3220 and TL-MR3020 and TL-MR3040
I have all the above mentioned 3G routers but no one is compatible with all TP Link routers
