Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : V2

ISP : Virgin

Hi, i recently bought the Archer c7 TP-Link router, every device i have (mostly Apple) connect fine but my PS4 does not see the 5Ghz SSID?, it sees the 2Ghz but the speed on that is poor, so my question id why cant it see the 5Ghz?

The wireless card in your PS4 is dual band which supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz?
Does it detect any other's 5GHz SSID?
Try different channels for 5GHz on router page.

PS4 does not support the 5GHz band.

@Ada Im having the same problem, I can see other 5ghz Networks but not mine.

I have the Ps4 pro which supports 5ghz.
