Hi 

just bought archer be 3600.

i plug the cable provide into the open reach box on the wall and the light is solid red for internet on the router

 

please help me , no clue what i am doing ... someone said it just plug and play but it is not 

 

internet provider is bt, i do not want to use their smart hub anymore.

If you want to configure the new router with BT network, please confirm if you need username, password and VLAN ID for configuration.

  @Olivier1977 did you put in the username from the bt hub? If I recall it's bthomehub@btbroadband.com with no password

Hi I'm on bt fiber and when you set the router up if you select pppoe you should then be asked to enter username and password save it and off you go
