Hi,

Have a couple of TP-Link TL-WA901ND's at different premises.

One has been fine. However last week the other lost all it's Wi-FI and security settings and defaulted to the name TP-Link with no security! This is obviously quite serious.

I reconfigured it assuming it had been a glitch but it's just done it again. This obviously cannot continue and I don't feel I can trust it given that it is supposed to be secure but defaults to an open network at random.

It's wired into the network and has a DHCP address allocated by the mains switch. Had been working fine for 3 months.

I assume it's developed a fault and should go back?

Thanks.

Are they running in latest firmware? What's the hardware version?
No one reset them but they lost settings by themselves?

Yes, it has reset itself twice. Nobody could have reset it.

Someone has told me they have seen this happen before due to poor quality power supplies. I'm not with the unit at the moment so I can't report back on the firmware.
