My reliance netconnect+ cdma dongle is not able to configured , it is again and again showing identifying only, My done Model no is ZTE AC2738 which is compatible for this router.
Customer care team send me firmware which can support my dongle , but this is also not working.

Please help. I am a new customer to this company.

Firmware which i updated is : mr3020nv1_en_3_12_11_up(120320) .bin file.

Did you try to upgrade the latest firmware(TL-MR3020_V1_140610)?

If it won't help, you should let the customer care team know and ask for a solution.
