Problem with DNS

Hi guys, i have a TL-WR740N router in 1st floor and i get a wired connection came from another router (i cant remember the model which not have a WiFi ) in the 2nd floor
i put this connection in my TL-WR740N to get a WiFi
every couple hours this problem appear (the DNS server is not responding):mad::mad:
