Firmware Version: 1.2.1 build 20250108 rel. 48985

I have Iphone 15 with IOS 18.4 (wifi 6 ghz band) ax

apple 4k 3rd version IOS 18.3 (ethernet)

Apple 4k 3rd version IOS 18.4 (ethernet)

iphone 13 mini IOS 18.4 ( wifi 5ghz band)

I reset the router, reset all the devices and still when on wifi or direct Ethernet slow downloads apps take about 3-5 mins depending on size iOS update few hours. I would come off wifi the speeds back to normal. Whats weird i have laptop and a pc and google tv streamer and other devices everything runs normal no throttling just only through apple servers Im not sure if its a bug after IOS 18 and I had the router for 10 months only realized recently maybe after IOS 18.2 . Not sure what else i can do. Very good fixing network issues. I've always had lynksys all my life just a interesting experience.

According to your situation, I searched for feedback about the slow running of iOS 18.2, and there are indeed many cases. For example: Slow Apple Store app after iOS 18.2 update
I suggest you do more comparisons to locate the problem:
1. After turning off Wi-Fi, can the wired Apple device work normally?
2. Reduce the number of wireless device connections to confirm whether multiple wireless devices occupy the channel;
3. Turn off other non-Apple devices and test the Apple device alone.
