Hello,
My router has developed a fault where all wireless (2.5/5ghz) and ethernet connections lock up, leaving me unable to access the internet, or the router itself, until it is powered off and on.

I upgraded to the latest firmware in the hope it would fix it but the problem persists.

Any ideas on what could fix this, or should I just return it?

Is it working fine at the very beginning? Did you try to hard reset it and reconfigure it? If it won't work, replace it under warranty.

It used to work fine, this started a couple of weeks ago and I had not changed anything on my network or in the settings.
I reset and upgraded to the latest firmware to try and solve it but the router still completely locks up.
It's like the lights are on but no-one is home!

Replace it under warranty. It is a faulty unit.

I have the same issue, I have a brand new Archer C2. All is set up, and daily, usually afternoon, early evening I have to restart the router...I have two wired and 8 wireless devices on the router

What's the firmware version? Upgrade Archer C2_V1_141117.

Before you restart the router, both wired and wireless connection stop working? Can you access its web interface at that time?
What's the status of all lights on C2 and network connections on your PC?
