Hi All,

I need to reboot my router at gateway only can access to internet neither PC or wireless. When I turn on my PC and it show "No internet access" at the right bottom. But when I check the gateway (192.168.0.1) the network is connected.
I need to click reboot only I can access internet normally.

P/S: I have upgraded to the latest firmware version.

Is anyone can resolve this?

Many thanks!!

When the PC shows No Internet Access, can you login http://192.168.0.1?
If you can, check if there is WAN IP address on Status page. On System Tools---Diagnostic page, ping www.google.com and ping 8.8.8.8 to see what happens.
Directly connect to the modem and test if Internet works OK.

Yes, I can login 192.168.0.1 when PC shows NO internet access. Internet is ok if I don't turn off my modem & wireless. If I do, I would need to login 192.168.0.1 and click reboot.
The weird thing is, when PC shows No internet access, and I login and check status, there shows "connected".
WAN IP address is on status page.

What kind of WAN settings do you have (dynami, static or pppoe)?
