So in summers I move my pc from upstairs to downstairs room with AC which is closer to Router too. I am getting speeds of 3-5mbps testing from https://www.speedtest.net/ and around 10 when i connect it with hotspot of my mobile Data. On mobile in same location and on other devices I am getting around 35 on my wifi and 60 mbps on mobile data. 

I am on windows 11. 

I need help resolving this issue, I am a developer and am short on time to deliver a game to client. 

what I have tried:

1. Reinstall drivers from TPlink. 
2. Change router setters from 20-40 Mhz to 20 and also 40 but no luck.
3. Change Channels from auto to 6-11 and 2-3 etc but no luck
4. Change router settings of 802.11 b/g/n to only b , g.
5. Change Driver Settings from 802.11 from g to b. (Theres no n option, need help with this too)
6. When i press update drivers in TpLink card, i see 2 drivers one from microsoft and other from Tplink, cant seem to switch to TPLinks driver, When I try to select disk theres no .inf file in Tplink driver folders. 
7. tried some netsh commands too from blogs/youtube.
