No... As I know, 3G/2G band ( WCDMA：2100/900MHz; GSM: 850/900/1800/1900MHz) is supported by M5350 while most ISPs in US use CDMA2000 for 3G band.
So you may check and figure out supported band of your ISP first.

How do I find out what ISPs are used in Singapore and China. The same sim card still would not work in Singapore, I am seriously thinking of buying a different Mifi Hotspot hopefully with a world sim included. Any suggestions.??
