Lights are working, but can not connect to the powerline. It also doesn't got a connection to the internet. Tried to pair it again, didn't work.

Do your mean powerline light is off?
You got two? PA4010 and WPA4220?
Run the utility for PA4010 and reset both of them. After reset, check if powerline light will be on. Or try to set the same network name for both of them.

The PA4010 is working correct I guess. I just can't connect to the WPA4220.

- All the lights are working;
- In my network list on PC it says: TP-LINK_etc. etc.;
- Tried to pair, didn't work;
- Happend after I tried to upgrade my firmware of the WPA4220.
