ISP : Network Rail

Hello I am trying to troubleshoot not being able to connect my nas to my wireless router so I upgraded the firmware but cannot reconnect to the wifi and can only get a wired connection

I have tried restarting the nas my router and pc

But have not had any success

Sas, did you check the Wi-Fi name and password on web interface of WR1043ND after upgrade?
The NAS can detect Wi-Fi signal but cannot connect? Password is required? Any error message?

Have you checked wireless network without any security?
