MR3040 wont start op when turned on

MR3040 wont start op when turned on

I have a problem with my MR3040 3G Router which i normally uses with my HUAWEI E1752 USB Modem, which works fine.
Suddenly today when it turned the MR3040 on, it just starts blinking on all 3 green diodes like 1 second on and approx 2 sec off, between each blink cycle.
Nothing else happens, and i have tried to "reset" it by pressing reset for 5+ seconds.
Any help would be apreciated.
