TL-WA901ND - Extend Fritzbox WLAN via Cable. Operation mode?
Region : Argentina
Model : TL-WA901ND
Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 3.14.8 Build 130828 Rel.63678n

Hi guys,
I just received my brand new AP and trying to configure it.
I just connected my AP to a free LAN port of my Fritzbox 6360 through POE with the delivered POE injector.
Now I correctly connected to the APs web interface and I'm wondering about the wireless operating mode.
My goal is to extend my WLAN with a 15m patch cable from the fritz box to my AP. In normal repeater mode, the AP picks up the WLAN signal and amplifies it. Now I don't like to connect the AP via WIFI to the fritzbox but via patch cable.
The AP should not generate a new WLAN with new SSID and new password - it should use the same data like the fritzbox to build a large WLAN with one SSID and one passwort.
Which operating mode do I need?
Thank you for your help!
BG
