Hello.  Need a product referral. This is my situation.  I need an indoor TP Link that can take a wireless (Starlink) signal and repeat in wifi but only to a maximum of 5 users and to limit the total bandwidth to 25% of the Starlink. Recommendation much appreciated. Thank you.
