Hi, I try to create a Client IPSEC connection to a VPN server and the status remains in "Connecting"

 

I can verify that the server side is working because the client VPN works well when I establish from my iphone.

 

What step I can do to troubleshoot? Is there any log that I can read?

You may refer to the guide to check your settings: How to set up VPN Server/VPN Client on Deco router

If it is the same result, it is suggested to share the screenshots of your settings on Deco app, the name of the VPN Server and the VPN configuration file.

Thanks for the engagement, I've configured the VPN client IPSEC using the guide and the result is that the connection is hanging in connecting...

Adding 2 screenshot, the Deco app that show the status and my iphone VPN that is connected using the same parameters
