Region : Hongkong

ISP : HKBN
Whatever DMZ or virtual server setup, both not work. the port is marked filtering. seems like blocked by firewall.
Of course use the same cable directly to my PC is working fine.

Which port are you trying to open?
Follow the guide as below to re-check your settings. The page is little different but just for your reference.

Do you mean about forwarding too?

Do you have public IP address on WAN port? Please check it in status tab on TP-link.

Sure I have a real IP 59.x.x.x
This case seems like the default FW of the TP-Link blocked all traffice. I have tried to disable SPI FW but no luck.
Any other method?

http://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php
I'm not familiar with this website tool. But I think the problem shouldn't occur as virtual server is a very basic function which they must have tested thoroughly. I suggest you to test the port directly instead of using this website tool.
1. Set up the virtual server rules. .
2. Keep your internal device running.
3. Then on a remote (from internet) PC open a cmd windows, telnet the wan IP 59.x.x.x on port 3389 to test whether the port is opened or not.
So the cmd command will be: telnet 59.x.x.x 3389, after you type, if you see a blank window, it means the port is opened.

I think you should make sure your sever is set up already, then you can test the virtual sever function , as for the website mentioned before , is set up a TCP link , so you should first make sure your sever is working fine, hope this information can help you

Thanks Zetm,
Try again of telnet, still not work. and i have ask my ISP to change a different range of IP to me for testing. still not work.
All outgoing traffic is fine. However when i try to get connect from outside. it didn't.
Does any SSH or other method i can connect to the router with my deep configuration?
It looks like some rules to blocked traffic from outside to inside. so i am thinking any firewall will block the connection? I am OK on NAT/Virtual Server using my Draytek(Old one) and Linksys route(loan from my company) with the same config.

are you want to use PS4 but you failed?
if you only want make sure whether the forwarding of C8 is working or not , may be there is a better way:
first you should download hfs which can set up a sever very easy, then choose the login IP to 192.168.0.xxx; change the login port; then you can use other PC to visit C8's WAN IP+port to access it , but you may failed;
then you can set up a forwarding rule for this sever , then try access again , then if forwarding function is work , you can successful login it~
