Hi, i am currently using the TL - WPA281KIT and i was wondering if its possible to use 300Mbps AV500 WiFi Powerline Extender
TL-WPA4220 with my current model?

Yes!
TL-WPA281KIT and TL-WPA4220 are compatible with each other but the rate will be limited by PA2010 in the kit.
