Hardware Version : V3

Installed driver and utility. I am able to connect to my wireless network fine.
However, I am unable to see the installed utility icon.

I want to setup the adapter as Soft AP>

Any reason why I cant find the utility icon (even when the installer says all installed succesfully)

Is there any other way I can set my wifi adapter as a soft ap without the utility

During installation, you installed the driver only, or you installed both driver and utility?
In All Programs, can you find the utility and open it?

Same issue as Vijay

I'm using TL-WN722N on Windows 8.1/64bit. The driver loads and the adapter works perfectly. However, the software utility does not. The installation runs to completion, but no program icon. In the start menu, the only thing under the "TP-Link" section is a link to the installer to uninstall. I browsed the Programs on the C: drive and found no program.

Is this an issue with Win 8.1?

Need some help.
