I set parental control but due to randomised mac these don't work. 

I do set randomised mac on device as desable but this keeps going to random mac when it reconnect to network,  how do I fix this

For your issue, here are some suggestions may help you:

  • Please make sure that the random Mac function has been properly turned off.
  • Please delete the saved Wi-Fi network on the client (select "Forget this network"). Then, reconnect and enter the password.
  • Please test different clients to see if there is the same problem.
  • If the problem still exists, please delete the original profiles and set it up again.
