Model: Archer AX53
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 Build 20241120 rel.54901(4555)

Hi, I was struggling with my AX53 wireless issue, towards to LAN network via wireless 5g or 2.4 to wired network somehow packets are drop tcp sessions can not recover themselves and such connections via ssh/vnc are drop... I diagnosed up to direct attach cable to the modem then jump from switch to fw etc. all wired stuff is good.

cable modem (bridge) --- ax53 (router) --- switch --- fw --- sw --- clients

when I connect ax53 wired everything is perfect, no session timeouts, no drop packets, when I switch to wireless, it starts again! Anyway, this is my last TP-Link product... after I google it I learned that v1 sucks, v2 better kinda things which come to me pretty weird, guyz are you scam, what if v1 is sucks why do you produced?

long story, I was checking version updates from webgui and it was up to date, then today I google it and found soome custom but official tp-link versions...

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/730864

Then after I install it as usual my problem is not solved, but I have earned another problem, now when I make a speed test unfortuantely modem can not achieve 50mbps but official is 250mbps, before I change the FW at least speed was normal.

I checked the official version : https://www.tp-link.com/nl/support/download/archer-ax53/v1/ downloaded it and tried to upload but it says upload error.

Should I throw it to the garbadge please keep it short answer, or is there any workaround to move back official! EU verison.

Hi@Burlington,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

When you try to downgrade the firmware, did you select the BIN file? It is recommended that you can refer to the How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers to update firmware manually.

For unstable wireless connection issue, please try the following suggestions:

    1) Login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, change the wireless channel into another one.
    2) For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.
