Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20250317

Seems like it has the option but there´s no way to activate it.
Any suggestion?

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

 

What kind of the VPN you are using? Who is your VPN provider? What country/region is the client located in? Please make sure you have completed the configuration correctly (you can check whether the username and password are entered correctly)
Preparation, before configuring the VPN Client on the Router, you will need these details from your VPN providers:
    1) VPN username and password.
    2) VPN server address (domain name or IP address).
    3) VPN configuration file. For example, the open vpn file usually ends with .ovpn.
    4) Test the ovpn configuration file on your computer, make sure it works properly.

 

Please confirm whether the VPN server is working properly. You can set up VPN clients with the same configuration information on different devices to access the VPN server for testing.
