Region : India

Model : Archer C7

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : 3.14.2

ISP : Tata Docomo

I have an Linksys E3200 (running Tomato firmware), which I currently use to connect my ISP over PPPoE. When I tried to connect using the Archer C7 to the same ISP, the PPPoE is throwing error - failed to authenticate ourselves to peer. I am attaching images of the system log on Archer C7 and Tomato router. My ISP has said they are not sure why this happening.

I am hoping you can help me figure out why this PPPoE connection is failing.

It sounds like username or password you entered is wrong...
Did you check them with your ISP?
C7 is V2? The firmware is up to date?
