Acher C2 - Hosts isolated

Hardware Version : Not Clear

Hi all,
I bought a router Archer C2 bu I can´t use it.
When I replace my old router with this new one, my computer can´t connect each other,
Even ping Works at local network.
Pinging external IPs or Names like www.google.com or www.microsoft.com works fine.
All computers do access internet websites but can´t ping each other.
I´m using cable, not wireless connections.
Is there a parameter to undo this isolation ?

No configuration has changed.
It's all brand new.
Fresh Windows 7 computers.
Archer C2 with updated firmware and factory default.
Another information, when I connect the cables on my old router, all pings work. just repeating the ping command.
If the ARP settings is wrong, its by default.
Can you please review this prints?
