Can someone please explain How do I enable QOS so VoIP gets any bandwidth it needs so that it is priority 1?

I read something about creating a bandwidth control rule.

Not to sure what to do.:(

Bandwidth Control is designed to minimize the impact caused when the connection is under heavy load.
It cannot make the voice data have the highest priority for the whole network like QOS.

Unfortunately...yes...no QOS function.
