after router restart cannot access web management page for WA850RE.
Which is the procedure without the need of restarting the extender to connect again at the web page of the extender?

Did you login web management page of WA850RE with its domain name of IP address?
After restart the router, login your router's configuration page and check the DHCP list. If WA850RE is listed, try to login with its IP address.
Also, you can try to disconnect wired connection or wireless connection from the extender and reconnect.
