Model 3420 not connecting Tata Photon Max - Huwei - EC306 model

Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version : Latest
ISP : Tata Photon Max Data card
Connection problem : I have a MR3420 V2 and I upgraded the firmware with the latest available in the website. But still with Manual configuration given by Tata Photon Max helpline failed to connect. The Modem is showing "Identify Successful" but after giving the configurations from Tata Photon Max helpline it fails to connect. The TP Link support also mentioned that Modem is identified by the router and dialing. As it is dialing it is the Service provider issue. If anybody knows a solution then help.....
