What if default password in the back of device or its box, wipe out and i have to reset the device? how can connect to device when I have no default password? assume that IMEI , default password and any information on the box and back side of device was wiped out.

One of my friend had encountered the same trouble not long ago. He submitted a ticket to the support and told them what happened, the support give him a beta firmware with no security

How to upgrade?
You can upgrade this firmware via USB. The USB upgrade tool is obtained inside the office firmware package on the website.
