Getting DHCP Error

Model: TL-WR840N
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 20

This router is configured in Access Mode. It was connected to Globe (wired connection). But I'm experiencing Intermittent connection. First time, I encounter "ignoring XID" message.
Is this the router problem or the ISP?

Hi@CMT-1,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

If you set the router to be an access point, please double-check is the DHCP server on TL-WR840N enabled? If yes, please change it to 'disable'.

Please assign static IP addresses to key devices. Does this resolve the problem?
