Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version : Archer_C2_V1_141117

ISP : KPN

Every 10 till 15 minutes there is a drop of wifi connection. Connection is made at 2.4 GHz on channel 13 and width of 20MHz. (On channel 13 there are no other routers, so no concurrency).
Does anyone has a suggestion?

Upgrade the latest firmware first. Signal strength is strong on your wireless clients? Try different channels like 1, 6 or 11.

No change after upgrade

The upgrade of the firmware to Archer_C2_V1_150507 didnt resolve this problem. We still suffer loss of WIFI-signal.

Try channel width 20MHz and transmit power middle.
If it won't help, you may try to get a replacement or submit a ticket here.
