I'm trying to install with router but unable to connect extender

Hi@Raj_Delhi_Ext,

Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

 

Can you still see the extender's default Wi-Fi network (TP-Link_Extender_XXXX)? If not, please try the following suggestions:

a. With the power on, please press the RESET button (hole) with a pin for 1 second (all lights on the extender would flash) to return the extender to factory default.

b. Put your device next to the extender.

Then try to connect the extender to the router again.

Here's an installation video. Make sure you have the latest FW release on your RE - TL-WA850RE(EU)_V7_1.0.13 Build 231115
