@Vincent-TP I tried but always the same mistake. I installed version 5.15 on a new ubuntu 22 server. I exported the configfur files of the old. Do you think I can restore the old configuration on the new omada including cloud access?

Hi @frankz66
The configuration file does not contain account credentials.
However, importing a higher-version configuration file into a lower-version controller may cause some issues.
To troubleshoot, please provide:
1. System information of the new server, including the mongodb info.
2. Screenshot of the installation failure error message
