Hello, I'm asking here because I don't know if the tech contact form is working!

Here's my problem:

I'm was my extender as an individual private access point (with its own password and SSID), but I needed to change DNS settings and also the password.

I tried to get into the administration ( http://192.168.0.1/) however it's going to the router's administration (Archer C8).

I tried reseting it but no luck, now I got the default SSID and password, and can't change it back.

How can I access the AV500 and not the main router? I can't remember how I did it the first time.

Gabriel

You can access web interface of WPA4220 by its utility.

Hello, thanks for the prompt answer, however I've tried it already. It doesn't show anything, I click "rescan" and nothing, and it's weird because I'm actually using it.

Did you get it solved? Connect your PC to LAN port of WPA4220. Disable or disconnect Wi-Fi on your PC.
If it is the same, reset WPA4220. Or try different PCs.
