From my downstairs AV500 to my upstairs AV500 I'm only getting 20mb or so but as per the tp-link power adaptor program it states my AV500 connection speed is 350mb, can anyone explain or help so i can use my full 75mb download speed?

Can you connect PC directly to PA4010 bypassing the switch to test the speed?

I have now got a speed increase to 50mb :) I mixed the 500 and 600 and that seemed to work, I have had my work laptop and did various tests around d the house with multiple setups and that now seems to work the best

Hi There

I have the TP-Link PA4010K AV500 power line adapters. I have connected and paired them and they work okay, however, the transfer speed between the two adapters, seen on tpPLC utility, is only 100mbps.

The adapters are pluged into the wall sockets direclty.

What can I do to get this speed up, as the devces are rated for 500mbps?
