tl wr841hp bandwith control problem

I have problem with bandwith control
i set max DW speed to 3072Kbps and added the IP i want to set speed, but the devices reaches speed above 5000+
and my full speed its only 6Mb so my pc gets reall slow :mad:

Firmware Version : 1.2

The device's IP is a fixed one?
Can you post screenshots of your configuration on web interface of WR841HP?
BTW, your WR841HP is V1 or V1.2?

There is a beta firmware to solve such a problem and it is for V1. Download it from the link below, upgrade it and have a test.

that firmware is since 2014 and i updated the firnware to 2015 1.2V will not damage my hardware?

From the box its written v1.0 but the latest firmware released by tp-link is v1.20. Is there any harm to try v1.20 despite the hardware version is v1.0?
