WDR4300 Astro IPTV EPG Problem

Firmware Version : 3.14.2 Build 150331 Rel.60585n
ISP : Maxis Fibre Internet (High Rise)
As refered to the above, I have problem with Astro IPTV where the electronic program guide (EPG) is not loaded and will display "No information available". I understand that astro uses Internet to download the EPG, where else IPTV ride on 823 vlan. Please if anyone here having the same problem and if it is the firmware problem, TP-Link kindly fix it as I am really happy with the router but just dissapointed that my ASTRO EPG does not loading.

Thanks for the prompt reply, really appreciate it, however the problem with EPG happens with the WDR4300 router and also please refer to the screenshot where Maxis Thompson place the IPTV in 192.x.x.x segment, where WDR-4300 place the IPTV in 10.x.x.x segment. The EPG loads fine in Thompson, but in WDR4300, it took like 5sec to load current information on TV guide but not over the OK button. When press OK button to see current schedule, it will always display "No information available".
