ok, it must be the router that gives out 192.168.11.xx addresses then. The IP networks that you have made on the omada controller will not work until you get an Omada router. log in to the router you have now and change there.

Sounds like a rogue DHCP server on the network somewhere!

192.168.11.X is not a default IP range of any brand that i am aware of, so somehtign is handing that out specifically

find it, kill it with fire, and you should be good.

Main: ER8411 x1, SG3428X x1, SG3452 x1, SG2428LP x1, SG3210 x1, SG2218P x1, SG2008P x3, ES208G x1, EAP650 x6 Remote: ER7206 v2 x1, ER605 v2 x3, SG2008P x2, EAP650 x2, ES205G x1 Controller: OC300

No that's what I am also figuring out, where does it get this IP, it should get the default which is 192.168.10.xxx right? I already reset all the switches and EAP but still getting the same set of IP's

Upon checking it assigns the IP addresses 108.108.108.xxx, so I'm wondering where this IP (192.168.11.xxx) came from. I remembered updating the SG3452X then this problem persisted, before I was able to add this device to the software controller and see its properties.

Do you have DHCP configured on the switch?

Ok, you need to find out where 192.168.11.xx is coming from and you'll probably have solved the problem.
