I got at home Deco M5 mesh network, and Nokia 5G modem. When modem for some reason will loose the connection, I'm doing a restart for it, it get internet back, but my DECO network will not untill i restart main Deco. Any suggestions what can cause it?

Thank you! LAN cable exchange was helpful! I wouldn't figured out it myself as other this issue cable functioned as it should.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

When the internet runs properly, if you restart 5G modem, do you need also to restart Deco network?

Did you ever try to change the Ethernet cable between 5G modem and main Deco, and try different port on main Deco?

If the IP address obtained by your 5G modem fro your ISP is not  a static IP address, when you only restart 5G modem, the IP address of your Deco network may still keep the original one, which may be the reason why you have to restart Deco network as well to get new IP address.
