TPLINK MR3040 not detecting my Greenpacket UH350 modem

Hi everyone, I am having some problems using my TPlink MR3040 router and I would really appreciate some help. I did some research online on the compatibility of MR3040 routers with Greenpacket UH350 and I found out that they normally work together. On this website here https://sites.google.com/site/shahidlatifonline/misc/wateen-bolt-greenpacket-uh350-with-tp-link-mr3040 it shows screenshots of the MR3040 in use with Greenpacket UH350 modem after firmware upgrade. I decided to purchase an MR3040 router about a week ago and since then I haven't been able to use it with my Greenpacket UH350 modem. For some reason it just wouldn't detect the modem. I would really appreciate some help.
