I've been using " 250 KBPS" broadband internet which is having its " local server" (for downloading movies, softwares) with 10 MBPS downloading speed

Now come to the point

when i create " guest network" with full bandwidth, local server gives maximum speed ( 10 MBPS local speed with 250 KBPS internet speed)

But local server turn into 100 KBPS only speed as soon as i specify the bandwidth control (ingress 100 KBPS) for broadband internet

how can i access local server (with full bandwidth 5 to 10 MBPS) using limited internet ( 100 KBPS) in guest network ???



without Guest Network
Broadband internet = 250 KBPS

Local Server = 250 KBPS <<<<<<<< (how to increase this speed)
