Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 build 20241014 rel 59971

Hello,

I am trying to setup a Brother MFC-J4335DW printer on wifi. Printer connects briefly to the network then connection is lost after a minute or two. While it is connected I am unable to communicate or see the printer from my laptop. Been back and forth with Brother tech support and getting no where. This is a last ditch effort before returning the printer to the store.

Hi @AMikel,

Thank you for contacting our community.

Please make sure that the printer and laptop are connected to the same network, not one connected to the guest network and the other connected to the main network.
Most printers are connected to 2.4G, please make sure that the printer is connected to the network successfully.

The printer has failed to connect to the network before, it is recommended that you try hard reset the printer, and then configure the printer again.
