Ive been using 3 TP-Link successfully for about a year. Suddenly none of them are sending data (the Powerline LED is off. Ive tried re-pairing and that doesn't work. The power LED and Ethernet LED and both lit solid. Nothing else has changed, I've not moved them or plugged in any additional electricals. Any advice?

I notice the firmware and hardware version above but got to be honest, i don't have a clue what either are. Also my exact model is not listed, my model according to the manual is TL-PA4030.

Have you tried to reset them to factory defaults via utility?

After reset, if still no powerline lights, maybe they are defective for some reason...

Sorted thanks. I held the pairing button for more than 10 seconds then started afresh. That resolved it
