Thank you for reporting your issue to our community.

If you want to bind the device to your own account, please hard reset it firstly:Keep the power on, use a pin to press the reset hole for 1 second to reset the extender.

 

If it doesn’t work, please take a photo showing Mac address of RE200 and proof of purchase. Then email to support.forum@tp-link.com, attaching [Forum ID 814610] and details, and we will have a dedicated person to assist in analysis and follow-up.
