Model: EX220
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

after 2 factory resets, the SSID (name of the wifi network) remains the same as before and no pasword (old one nor the one on the label of the router) works. I therefore cannot connect to the the router to configure it.

Also tried to connect to it with a cable with no success (still cannot access the browser page of tplink router).

Tried many soft resets, nothing works.

Is there a way to fix it? Thank you!

EX220 is an ISP router, most probably with a customized firmware for your ISP.

This could be the reason after resetting, its wireless SSID to be the same as before.

For more details on that you should contact your ISP.
