Hi , after upgrade a firmware for tl-wa801n and i m attach thbis on network , the firmware upgrade is lost . After 2 ours this device lost a wifi essid ! ??

@Joseph-TPhello I think I understand The problem is. Being the apartment in a different segment and therefore connecting to it I do not get the upgrade menu. If they connect me in the same lan it works.

Could you take screenshots with web management of the TL-WA801ND?
Did you try to reboot the device? If the issue persists, you can try to hard reset the TL-WA801ND and set it up again.

May I know what operation mode are you using now?
Please reboot the TL-WA801ND for a try.
Did you try different clients or browser to log in to the web management page?
Please also try different modes for a comparison.
