Hard reset not working

Hi, I'm trying to reset an EX230V, but after completing a hard reset multiple times, and trying the 30-30-30 method I still can't log in using the "admin" password, please help!

EX230V is an ISP provided device and it's quite possible that its firmware is customized for the ISP.
This could be the reason after reset the default password to be different than the expected one.
It should be enough to press the reset button for about 10 seconds to reset the device to its factory settings.

I've contacted the ISP who supplied the router and they have stated that once reset it would go back to the TP Link standard password. I've also tried their central passwords in case the unit didn't reset fully, to no avail.

@Awddrake94 Have you looked at the bottom of the router? Usually there's a password printed.
