Hello guys.

I'm having an issue with my deco system. A couple of weeks ago, all my three secondary units have suddenly turned red light. After resetting and reconnecting, there is a green light and it seems fine, but only for several minutes before it's red again.

The main unit is working fine with no issues.

 

Any suggestions?

For the unstable connection, it is suggested to follow the guide to troubleshoot:

The internet connection is unstable or suddenly stops working when connected to the Deco network?

Please share the model of your Decos including hardware and firmware, your network topology and the troubleshooting steps you take if you need further suggestions.
