Speed limited on TL-MR3420 V2 + Huawei E3372 LTE

Hello.
If i connect the Huawei E3372 4G/LTE modem to windows PC I get the download speed over 45 mbps.
If i'm using the dongle with MR3420 router the speed is between 10 and 20 mbps, never over 20. Tested it directly through a LAN port, not over WiFi. The router is V2 and is using latest firmware.
